Try changing the preferred and alternate DNS in the network settings (The link shows 3 options, try the Windows Settings App option): https://www.pdq.com/blog/change-dns-server-settings-in-windows/
If that doesn't work try these steps:
1) Try using Cloudflare Warp: https://developers.cloudflare.com/cloudflare-one/connections/connect-devices/warp/download-warp/
2) If Cloudflare warp doesn't work or you have trouble downloading it, I recommend installing Proton VPN: https://account.protonvpn.com/signup?plan=free&ref=noupsell

Download Proton VPN Or JumpJumpVPN from the Play Store or App Store and turn on the VPN Profile.

If none of this works your only option is to wait for routing or server to stabilize and reconnect/let you in.
NOTE: YOU DO NOT NEED TO KEEP THE VPN TURNED ON AFTER YOU ARE SUCESSFULLY IN-GAME.
