Press Win + X and select Device Manager.
Expand the Display adapters section.
Right-click on your GPU and select Properties.
In the Properties window, go to the Details tab.
From the Property dropdown, select Device instance path.
Note down the value displayed (e.g., PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_1C03&SUBSYS_85B61043&REV_A1\4&1c3d25bb&0&0019).
Press Win + R, type regedit, and press Enter.
In Registry Editor, paste the following path into the address bar, replacing [Your GPU Device Instance Path Here] with the Device Instance Path obtained earlier:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Enum\[Your GPU Device Instance Path Here]
For E.g., HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Enum\PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_1C03&SUBSYS_85B61043&REV_A1\4&1c3d25bb&0&0019
Modify the DeviceDesc Value:
In the right pane, locate the DeviceDesc entry.
Double-click on DeviceDesc to edit it.
For Example, Change @oem166.inf,%xxxxx.xxx%;AMD Radeon (TM) Graphics to @oem12.inf,%NVIDIA_DEV.2582.1043.1541%;NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050
