• WUNIAK Case — biggest strength: a soft silicone shell with anti-shock, anti-slip and anti-fingerprint treatment, plus a carabiner, lanyard and cleaning pen in the box.
• WUNIAK Case — biggest trade-off: it is an accessory only. It fits the Soundcore by Anker P30i and nothing else, and no earbuds are included.
• Jxrev Earbuds — biggest strength: a complete listening package — Bluetooth 5.4, 13mm dynamic drivers, touch controls, IP7 waterproofing and a 400 mAh charging case rated for 32 hours total.
• Jxrev Earbuds — biggest trade-off: it is a sealed system. You cannot swap in another brand's earbuds, and the fit depends entirely on its own 3g bud design.
• Pick WUNIAK Case if you own P30i earbuds and want to stop scratches, drops and pocket lint.
• Pick Jxrev Earbuds if you want earbuds and a charging case together from day one.
The WUNIAK Case is a protective shell, not a listening device, and it is honest about that. It is cut specifically for the Soundcore by Anker P30i, so the fit is tight rather than universal. The enclosure is soft, elastic silicone — the kind that absorbs a knock instead of passing it straight to the plastic underneath. The surface gets an oil-spray treatment that keeps fingerprints and dust from building up, which matters more than it sounds like it should when a case lives in a jacket pocket or at the bottom of a bag.
What I like about the design details here is how little you have to think about them. The carabiner clips to a backpack strap, a belt loop or a keyring, so the earbuds travel with you instead of rattling loose. A double-sided adhesive pad holds the earbuds in place when you head out the door, which is the small failure point most cases ignore. And you can charge with a cable without peeling the cover off — a genuinely useful touch, because cases that must be removed to charge tend to get removed permanently. The package adds a cleaning pen and a lanyard alongside the case and clip.
This one is for the person who already has P30i earbuds and treats them as daily gear — commuting, gym bag, hiking, school run. I would also recommend it for anyone who has already scuffed a bare charging case once and would rather not do it twice. Skip it if you do not own P30i earbuds, if you want earbuds included, or if you prefer a hard plastic shell with a snap lid over silicone.
The Jxrev Earbuds are the whole package: two earbuds, a mini charging case, a Type-C cable and a manual. The connection side uses Bluetooth 5.4, which is the part that quietly matters most day to day. It pairs automatically with your device once you take the buds out of the case after the first setup, and the newer standard is built to resist interference better — the difference you notice on a busy train platform or in a crowded gym. Range is rated to 15 meters, so you can leave your phone on a bench and keep moving.
Sound comes from 13mm dynamic drivers covering 20 Hz to 20,000 Hz, tuned for deep bass and clear mids. Each bud carries a mic with call noise cancellation, so calls are handled without reaching for your phone. The buds themselves weigh 3g each, and the ergonomic shape is designed not to protrude from your ears — that is the spec that decides whether earbuds survive a run or keep falling out. Touch controls on both ears handle volume, track skipping, play/pause, calls and voice assistant, and they work across iOS, Android, PC, tablets, laptops and TV.
Battery is where this set earns its place. You get over 6 to 8 hours from a single charge and 32 hours total with the case. The case holds 400 mAh, charges fully in about 1.0 hours over USB-C, and is small enough to live in a pocket. IP7 waterproofing plus an internal nano-coating means sweat and rain are not a problem. This is for runners, gym-goers, commuters and anyone who wants one purchase that covers both the buds and the charging case. Skip it if you already own P30i earbuds and only need protection, or if you strongly prefer a hard-shell case with a clip.
• Want earbuds and a charging case together → Jxrev Earbuds. The case is part of the product, not an add-on.
• Already own Soundcore by Anker P30i earbuds → WUNIAK Case. It is made for that model only.
• Longest total listening time → Jxrev Earbuds. 32 hours with the case, 6–8 hours per charge.
• Fastest case top-up → Jxrev Earbuds. Roughly 1.0 hours to full over USB-C.
• Best for running, gym and sweaty sessions → Jxrev Earbuds. IP7 waterproofing and 3g buds built not to protrude.
• Best for drop and scratch protection → WUNIAK Case. Soft silicone, anti-shock and anti-slip, with a carabiner and lanyard.
• Best for travel and bag organisation → WUNIAK Case. Clip it to a strap or belt and it stops rolling around loose.
• Best for calls and device switching → Jxrev Earbuds. Bluetooth 5.4, dual-ear touch control, mics with call noise cancellation.
In my opinion, these two are not really rivals — they solve different problems, and the right answer depends on what is already in your pocket. If you own Soundcore by Anker P30i earbuds, I would buy the WUNIAK Case: it is cheap insurance for a device you already rely on, and the carabiner, adhesive pad and charge-through design are exactly the details that make a case stay on. If you do not own earbuds yet, I would buy the Jxrev Earbuds instead, because a case with nothing inside it is not much use. Buy the Jxrev if you want the full setup; buy the WUNIAK if you only need to protect what you have.
how to charge earbuds case
Put the earbuds back in the case so they seat on their contacts, then connect the case to a power source with its charging cable. On the Jxrev Earbuds, the case holds 400 mAh and charges fully in about 1.0 hours over USB-C, and the buds top up while they sit inside.
how to charge case without earbuds
You can plug the charging case in with the earbuds removed — the case battery charges on its own. The Jxrev case is rated for 32 hours of total playtime, so charging it empty means it is ready to refill the buds the next time you drop them in.
how to charge jlab earbuds case
JLab is a different brand with its own charging instructions, so follow that brand's manual rather than anything here. The Jxrev Earbuds use a Type-C cable included in the box — no jack, wireless charging only.
how to charge apple earbuds case
Apple's cases follow Apple's own charging method and are unrelated to either product on this page. For the Jxrev Earbuds, the case charges over USB-C in roughly 1.0 hours; the WUNIAK Case is a silicone cover and charges nothing itself — it lets you plug a cable into the case underneath without removing the cover.
