Registration Fee:
Registration Procedure:
1. Participants can register by clicking on “Apply Here” button below. Please note, you will be redirected to Indian Bank's payment gateway. Unlike earlier chapters of WSDL, this time participants are not required to be enrolled, they can directly register themselves.
2. Please note that the fees are non-refundable.
3. On the registration fee collection portal, the participants will be asked to enter the following mandatory (*) details:
a. Name of the Participant,
b. Email (provide GMail ID),
c. Mobile Number,
d. Affiliation Type,
e. Affiliation Name,
f. ID NO.
4. Please Note, all possible communication such as providing Google Classroom Invitation, Meeting link, Certificates will be sent to the Email id as provided by the participant in the portal.
5. Participants are requested to provide personal Mobile Number (with Country Code in case they are from outside India) in the portal.
6. There are a total of four options for the field Affiliation Type:
Student from India: A student having nationality as Indian and studying in an Indian Institute. Please note, participants enrolled in neovarsity (e.g. Scalar, Woolf, Udemy, etc.) will not be considered as Students.
Student from outside India: Any student who does not come under the above category. To reiterate, participants enrolled in neovarsity (e.g. Scalar, Woolf, Udemy, etc.) will not be considered as Students.
Working Professional from India: A working professional having nationality as Indian and affiliated to an Indian organization.
Working Professional from outside India: A working professional who does not come under the above category.
7. Affiliation Name field requires the Name of the Institute (or, Organization) the Student (or, Working Professional) is currently affiliated to along with their designation. E.g. <Name of the Instititute> [BTech 3rd Year] or, <Name of the Company> [Senior Software Developer II].
8. The field ID NO requires your Student ID Number, issued by the Institute or Employee ID / Code, issued by the Organization or Company. The field only allows alphanumeric characters.
9. We will start sending necessary details to the participants (e.g. Google Classroom Link, Zoom Links) during second week of January 2026.
10. Please note, excluding your contact number most of the information will be displayed to your final participation certificate and our portal as the schools ends. Hence, Kindly fill them accurately. We may also validate your response from January 15, 2026. In case, we find any discrepancy, your participation will be terminated instantly, as per our policy.
Note:
We facilitate several mediums for making the Payment including Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, Wallet, UPI, NEFT/RTGS.
For Credit Cards, we accept MasterCard, RuPay, and VISA.
For Debit Cards, we accept RuPay only. Other variants for Debit Card will be integrated soon.
There are no such restriction for any other methods of payment.
