Welcome to Wrong Side.
This Privacy Policy explains how Wrong Side handles information when you use the Wrong Side mobile game.
Wrong Side is a free-to-play Android game. The Game does not require users to create an account or provide their name, email address, telephone number, contacts, photographs, microphone recordings, camera information, or precise location information in order to play.
Wrong Side does, however, use Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to display advertisements. As a result, certain information may be collected and processed automatically by Google and its advertising services when advertisements are requested or displayed.
We are committed to handling information responsibly and transparently.
2 . Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect
Wrong Side does not intentionally collect the following information directly from players:

Wrong Side does not require users to create an account or sign in to play the Game.
Wrong Side also does not provide in-app purchases or paid subscriptions.
3 . Advertising and Google Mobile Ads
Wrong Side uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) to display advertisements.
Advertisements may include test advertisements during development and testing and, when the Game is configured for live advertising, advertisements served through Google's advertising services.
Because the Google Mobile Ads SDK is integrated into the Game, Google may automatically collect and process certain information from or about the device and the user's interaction with the Game.
Depending on the SDK version, configuration, advertising settings, and applicable circumstances, this information may include:

Google's current documentation states that information collected by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS).
The information collected through the Google Mobile Ads SDK is handled by Google in accordance with Google's applicable privacy practices and policies.
We do not sell players' personal information ourselves.

Information processed through the Google Mobile Ads SDK may be used for purposes including:

The collection and use of advertising identifiers may also depend on the configuration of the Google Mobile Ads SDK and applicable privacy requirements. Google states that Android advertising ID collection can be controlled by the developer's configuration of the SDK and related settings.
6 . Information Stored by Wrong Side
Wrong Side does not operate its own external server for storing player accounts or personal information.
The Game does not require players to create an account.
We do not intentionally upload players' personal information to our own servers.
However, information may be transmitted to and processed by third-party service providers, including Google, when their services are integrated into the Game.
7 . Third-Party Services
Wrong Side uses third-party services to provide certain functionality.
The principal third-party service currently used for advertising is :

Third-party services may independently process information in accordance with their own privacy policies, terms, and applicable laws.
Because third-party services can change over time, we may update this Privacy Policy when the services used by Wrong Side change or when our data practices change.
8 . Data Security
We take reasonable steps to avoid unnecessarily collecting or storing personal information.

Wrong Side does not maintain player accounts or an internal database containing players' personal information.

We do not have direct control over information retained by Google.
Users can manage certain advertising and privacy controls through their Android device and applicable Google settings.
10 . Children's Privacy
Wrong Side is not intended to require children to provide personal information in order to play the Game.
The Game does not intentionally request names, email addresses, telephone numbers, contacts, photographs, microphone recordings, camera information, or precise location information from players.
However, because Wrong Side uses Google Mobile Ads, advertising practices and the treatment of children and users of different ages are subject to Google's applicable policies and settings.
If we learn that we have directly collected personal information from a child in a manner that is not permitted by applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to address the situation.
11 . No Account Registration
Wrong Side does not currently provide user account registration or login functionality.
Players can use the Game without creating an account.
Because there are no Wrong Side user accounts, there is currently no Wrong Side account-deletion process.
If account functionality is introduced in a future version, this Privacy Policy will be updated to explain the relevant data practices and account-deletion process before or when that functionality becomes available.
12 . In-App Purchases
Wrong Side currently does not offer in-app purchases, paid subscriptions, or other payment functionality.
If payment functionality is introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated to explain the relevant information practices.
