By downloading or using Write Way, a language learning application designed to improve English writing skills through practice and feedback, (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these terms of use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the App.
Write Way is committed to protecting your privacy. The App collects technical logs and error reports to improve functionality and user experience. These data may include device type, app version, and error details, but do not contain any personally identifiable information. Your interaction with the App remains anonymous.
All intellectual property rights in and to the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, user interface, and software employed in providing tasks and corrections, are owned or licensed by Write Way and are protected under intellectual property laws. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your device in accordance with these Terms.
The App allows you to write responses to language tasks. These responses are not stored, shared, or used by Write Way except for providing corrections and explanations within your session. You retain all rights to the text you generate and are responsible for its content.
You may not use the App to transmit or store any unlawful material, participate in fraudulent schemes, or engage in any conduct that affects the operational performance of the App. Misuse of the App may result in the termination of your access.
The App offers three types of subscriptions providing unlimited access: weekly, monthly, and yearly. Subscription prices may vary based on the user’s country. The first three tasks are provided free of charge, after which subscription is required to continue using the App.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid period. Refunds for subscriptions are subject to the terms and conditions of the app store through which the App was purchased.
Write Way reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after any such changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company providing the App is established.
