I am the ocean
being of two minds
vicious and varied
or placid and kind
I am the ocean
bleeding and beating the shores I've swept
those boundless and unfathomed depths
I am the mountains
being embodied in clattering stone
my zenith crashing, cracking like bones
I am the mountains
crags cutting skeletal skies
vertebral visions inscribed in the mind.
I am the trees
being coarse of skin
storied rings spiral within
I am the trees
clambering for the clouds
passing thoughts skullcapped and skybound.
I am the ground
being firm of purpose
wherein witches lay to rest their curses
I am the ground
not given to give way
those creasing brows sternly raised.
I am the giant
who bore death and rebirth
the segmented screamer
piecemeal of the Earth.
