Key Responsibilities

• Manage club finances with accuracy, recording income and expenses.

• Work with the President and Vice President to create and manage the club’s budget.

• Share financial updates and insights with the President, Vice President, and other officers.

• Collaborate with officers on financial decisions and expenditures.

• Oversee revenue sources and ensure proper handling.

• Help plan and execute fundraising efforts.

• Follow financial policies and procedures in the club’s documents.

• Support budgeting for activities, events, and projects.

• Maintain financial records and receipts, accessible to auditors.

• Assist in financial planning for club projects.

• Uphold a respective and inclusive club environment.
