As the Financial Manager of Bridge the Gap, you’ll be a key player in maintaining the club’s financial strength, transparency, and effectiveness. Your careful financial management will help fund our initiatives, ensuring the club’s positive impact on our school community. Manage club finances with accuracy, recording income and expenses.
Work with the President and Vice President to create and manage the club’s budget.
Share financial updates and insights with the President, Vice President, and other officers.
Collaborate with officers on financial decisions and expenditures.
Oversee revenue sources and ensure proper handling.
Help plan and execute fundraising efforts.
Follow financial policies and procedures in the club’s documents.
Support budgeting for activities, events, and projects.
Maintain financial records and receipts, accessible to auditors.
Assist in financial planning for club projects.
