As the Event Manager of Bridge the Gap, you will bring energy and creativity to the planning and execution of exciting club events. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, organization, and coordination of club events that align with Bridge the Gap’s goals.

• Collaborate with officers to brainstorm event ideas that encourage diversity and open discussions.

• Create event plans, schedules, and responsibilities for smooth execution.

• Develop informative and engaging event presentations based on solid research.

• Work with the Communications manager to spread the word about events and boost attendance.

• Coordinate logistics such as venues, equipment, and refreshments.

• Seek input from officers and members to enhance event concepts and activities.

• Work with the Financial Manager to manage budgets and expenses effectively.

• Track attendance and gather feedback for future event improvements.

• Uphold a respectful and inclusive club environment.
