As the Administrative Manager of Bridge the Gap, you’ll be a vital force in keeping the club running smoothly, ensuring clear communication, and supporting essential administrative tasks. Assist the Communications Manager in maintaining an updated and accurate club website that represents our mission.
Collaborate with fellow officers on event planning, marketing, communication, and member engagement.
Capture important moments during meetings by taking clear and comprehensive meeting minutes.
Keep club documents organized and accessible on digital platforms, as appropriate.
Share documents, meeting agendas, and info with officers and members effectively.
Work with the Financial Manager to track club finances and expenses.
Help officers stay on top of meetings, events, and deadlines.
Create promotional materials for events and activities.
Support the Event Manager in preparing presentations and materials.
Facilitate communication between officers and members, forwarding feedback and suggestions.
Aid the President and Vice President in various club tasks and projects.
Brainstorm ideas and contribute to improving club operations.
Manage the club’s contact information and email lists for better communication.
Uphold a respectful and inclusive club environment.
Great organizational skills and attention to detail for efficient resource management.
