End User License Agreement (EULA)
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you (the "User") and Free Virtual Number ("Developer") and governs your use of the AI Chat Analysis - WA Wrappedmobile application (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not download, install, or use the App.
The Developer grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on any Apple-branded products you own or control in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.
You agree not to:
Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
Use the App for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at: https://sites.google.com/view/wrap-chat-privacy . By using the App, you consent to the collection and processing of your information as described therein.
The App may offer subscriptions or in-app purchases. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate it by deleting the App. The Developer may suspend or terminate your access if you violate this Agreement.
The App is provided โas isโ without warranty of any kind. The Developer disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Turkey.
Apple Inc. and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement. Upon your acceptance, Apple shall have the right to enforce this Agreement against you.
