Local Notes ("the App") is developed and maintained as a privacy-first application.

Local Notes does NOT collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. 

The App operates entirely offline. All notes and content you create are stored 

exclusively on your device using local device storage.

3. NO INTERNET ACCESS

The App does not require an internet connection and does not communicate with any 

remote server, cloud service, or third-party API. Your data never leaves your device.

4. NO THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Local Notes does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising networks, 

crash reporting services, or social media SDKs. There are no trackers of any kind.

5. NO ACCOUNT REQUIRED

You are not required to create an account or provide any personal information 

(name, email, phone number) to use the App.

6. PERMISSIONS

The App requests no sensitive device permissions. It only accesses local device 

storage to save and retrieve your notes.

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Local Notes does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age 

of 13. Since no data is collected at all, the App is safe for users of all ages.

8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

If we update this Privacy Policy, the updated version will be published within 

the App and on our distribution channels. Continued use of the App after changes 

constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
