We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use WPro for personal or professional message management. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
You are solely responsible for the content you process through WPro.
Legal Compliance: You must ensure that your use of the app complies with your local laws and the Terms of Service of any third-party messaging platforms (like WhatsApp).
Ethical Use: You agree not to use WPro for harassment, spamming, deception, or any illegal activities.
WPro is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no guarantees that the AI-generated compositions or analysis will be 100% accurate, socially appropriate, or error-free. The user assumes all risks associated with the results produced by the app.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer (Saltuk) and WPro shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to:
Loss of data or account bans from third-party platforms.
Personal or professional disputes arising from the messages you send.
Financial loss resulting from app downtime or errors.
You agree to indemnify and hold the developer harmless from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your misuse of the app or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
