How WOW's Billing Works
Billing is processed by Forte Payment systems' industry-leading secure electronic checking debit (ACH).
Automatic billing runs on the 24th of each month for the upcoming month (ex: Sep 24th for Oct lessons)
Unfortunately, we do not process credit cards at this time.
WOW's Lesson and Billing months run on a Mon-Sun calendar, with each month ending on the last Sunday of the month.
For example, the last Sunday in this September is 9/24, so Monday 9/25 is the start of WOW's October billing month.
Most months will be 4 weeks like the September example, but some months like this October will have 5 weeks...
...while some months like this November will have 3 weeks due to holiday week closures.

Monthly membership dues are based on an "annualized average basis."
The 46 weeks WOW is open (52 weeks minus 6 holiday weeks) is divided evenly by 12 months so the billing is the same each month.
You are not charged more for 5 week months, nor less for 3 week months.
All holiday weeks are already removed and not in the averaged monthly dues.
