Agreement on Mutual Recognition and Diplomatic Cooperation Between the Republic of Woultenland and the Kingdom of Norvendria

Preamble

The Republic of Woultenland and the Kingdom of Norvendria, hereinafter referred to as “the Parties,” Recognizing the importance of strengthening their

diplomatic, cultural, and political ties, And wishing to establish a relationship based on mutual respect, collaboration, and sovereign recognition, Hereby

agree to the following:

Article 1 – Mutual Recognition

The Parties mutually recognize each other as sovereign entities, with full capacity to establish diplomatic relations, enter into international agreements,

and represent their interests before other micronations and relevant bodies.

Article 2 – Establishment of Diplomatic Relations

The Parties commit to establishing formal channels of communication between their respective Ministries of Foreign Service, in order to facilitate

dialogue, cooperation, and the exchange of information.

Article 3 – Bilateral Cooperation

The Parties shall promote joint initiatives in areas of shared interest, in accordance with their capacities and priorities, with the aim of fostering a

constructive and enduring relationship.

Article 4 – Ethical and Environmental Principles

The Parties undertake to:

Respect and promote human rights in all diplomatic and political actions.

Actively work to protect the environment and develop sustainable ecological policies.

Always use dialogue as the fundamental tool for resolving any differences or conflicts.

Article 5 – Review and Follow-Up

The Parties agree to periodically review this agreement in order to assess its implementation and propose adjustments that strengthen bilateral relations.

Article 6 – Appointment of Diplomatic Ambassadors

The Parties shall designate official representatives accredited to the other micronation, with the rank of ambassador or equivalent. These ambassadors

will serve as formal liaisons, responsible for maintaining diplomatic dialogue, coordinating bilateral initiatives, and representing the interests of their

respective nations.

Article 7 – Entry into Force

This agreement shall enter into force once both Parties have signed it and officially communicated their approval through the appropriate diplomatic

channels.

Signed in good faith and mutual commitment, on a date to be determined by both Parties.
