Cold.Lupin(이하 “개발자”)은 국기랑 놀자: 세계 국기 퀴즈 앱 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각합니다. 이 방침은 앱의 기본 기능, Google AdMob 광고 기능과 문의 채널에서 처리될 수 있는 정보를 설명합니다.

0.2.7(11)부터 Firebase Analytics·Crashlytics를 포함하며 아래 분석·오류 진단 항목을 적용합니다. 이전 빌드의 구성과 구분합니다.
1. 앱의 기본 기능에서 처리하는 정보
앱의 퀴즈·지도 탐험 기능은 회원가입이나 로그인을 요구하지 않습니다. 개발자는 이름, 이메일 주소, 정확한 위치, 연락처, 사진을 앱의 기본 기능을 통해 직접 수집하지 않습니다. 퀴즈 설정, 점수와 진행 상태는 앱이 실행되는 동안 기기에서만 사용되며 개발자 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
2. 광고 기능에서 처리될 수 있는 정보
광고 기능이 포함된 빌드는 Google AdMob(Google Mobile Ads SDK)을 사용합니다. Google 공식 안내에 따르면 SDK는 광고 제공, 분석, 부정행위 방지와 보안을 위해 다음 정보를 자동으로 수집하고 공유할 수 있습니다.
• IP 주소와 이를 통해 추정할 수 있는 대략적인 위치
• 앱 실행, 탭, 광고 또는 동영상 보기 같은 사용자 제품 상호작용
• 앱 시작 시간, 멈춤 비율, 에너지 사용량 같은 진단 정보
• 앱 세트 ID, SDK 인스턴스 ID 등 기기 또는 앱 관련 식별자
앱은 Android 광고 ID(AAID)와 Android AdServices 광고 식별 권한을 제거합니다. Google Mobile Ads SDK의 어린이 대상 처리를 모든 광고 요청에 적용하여 AAID가 전송되지 않게 하고, publisher first-party ID도 비활성화합니다. 전송되는 데이터는 TLS로 암호화됩니다.
code 7부터 Google UMP SDK로 광고 요청 가능 여부를 확인합니다. 앱은 이용자의 나이나 생년월일을 입력받거나 저장하지 않고, 모든 이용자를 동의 연령 미만으로 처리해 동의 메시지를 요청하지 않습니다. UMP 확인이 끝나기 전에는 AdMob 광고를 요청하지 않습니다.
3. 앱 대상 연령과 광고 제공 원칙
국기랑 놀자: 세계 국기 퀴즈는 어린이 전용 앱이 아니라 어린이와 성인이 함께 사용할 수 있는 전연령 앱입니다. 대상 사용자의 나이에 따라 별도의 성인용 광고를 제공하지 않으며, 어린이도 함께 볼 수 있다는 점을 기준으로 모든 광고 요청에 다음 보호 설정을 동일하게 적용합니다.
• Google Play Families Self-Certified 목록에 포함된 Google Mobile Ads SDK 사용
• 어린이 대상 처리 CHILD
• 맞춤형 광고와 리마케팅 비활성화
• 광고 콘텐츠 등급을 G(전체 이용가)로 제한
• Android 광고 ID와 publisher first-party ID 미사용
• 별도 광고 미디에이션 네트워크 미사용
• 홈 화면 하단 배너와 게임 결과에서 다른 화면으로 이동하기 전 전면 광고 사용
개발·검증용 Debug 빌드는 Google이 제공하는 배너·전면 테스트 광고 ID만 사용합니다. Play에 제출하는 Release 빌드는 운영 광고 ID를 사용합니다. 전면 광고가 준비되지 않았거나 표시되지 않아도 다음 화면으로 이동할 수 있습니다.
4. 권한과 네트워크
광고가 포함된 빌드는 AdMob 통신을 위해 인터넷과 네트워크 상태 접근 기능을 사용합니다. 앱은 정확한 위치, 카메라, 마이크, 연락처, 사진·파일 접근 권한을 요청하지 않습니다. Android 광고 ID와 AdServices 광고 식별·Topics·Attribution 권한도 사용하지 않습니다.
5. 제3자 제공 및 국외 처리
광고 관련 정보는 Google AdMob 서비스 제공자인 Google에 전송되어 처리될 수 있습니다. Google의 서비스 제공 위치와 처리 시설은 이용 지역 밖에 있을 수 있으며, Google 개인정보처리방침과 AdMob 관련 정책이 적용됩니다.

6. 보관과 삭제
개발자는 앱의 기본 기능을 통해 이용자 정보를 서버에 보관하지 않습니다. AdMob을 통해 처리되는 정보의 보관과 삭제에는 Google의 정책이 적용됩니다. 이메일로 문의하면 답변을 위해 이메일 주소와 문의 내용이 처리될 수 있습니다. 관련 법령상 보존 의무가 없다면 문의 처리가 끝난 뒤 삭제합니다.
7. 이용자와 보호자의 선택
Android 설정에서 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다. 앱에서 광고 관련 정보 처리를 원하지 않으면 앱 사용을 중단할 수 있습니다. 개인정보 처리에 관한 문의와 삭제 요청은 개발자 이메일로 보낼 수 있습니다.
8. 개인정보처리방침 변경
권한, SDK, 광고, 분석, 계정, 네트워크 또는 데이터 처리 방식이 바뀌면 앱 배포 전에 이 방침과 Google Play Data safety 응답을 함께 갱신합니다.

Firebase 이용 분석과 오류 진단
이 버전은 Google Firebase Analytics와 Crashlytics를 사용해 앱 이용 현황을 집계하고 충돌·오류를 진단합니다. 앱 실행·화면·세션 등의 이용 이벤트, 설치별 식별자, 앱·기기·운영체제 정보, IP 주소에서 추정한 대략적 위치, 오류 스택과 관련 진단 정보가 Google에서 처리될 수 있습니다. 개별 답안, 이름·이메일, 정확한 위치, 사진·카메라 프레임을 Firebase 사용자 지정 이벤트나 오류 메시지에 직접 기록하지 않습니다. 광고가 없는 버전에서도 Firebase 분석·진단 통신은 포함될 수 있습니다.
Android 광고 ID 수집과 광고 개인화 신호는 비활성화하며 해당 광고 ID·AdServices 권한을 제거합니다. 다만 설치별 Firebase 식별자와 광고 SDK의 다른 제한된 식별자 처리가 모두 없어지는 것은 아닙니다. Firebase Performance Monitoring은 이 앱에 포함하지 않습니다.
Firebase 관련 정보는 사용·오류 분석을 위해 Google에서 처리되며 이용 국가 밖에서 처리될 수 있습니다. SDK 정보는 암호화된 통신으로 전송됩니다. 기기의 앱 데이터 삭제나 앱 제거는 기기에 저장된 정보를 지우는 방법이며, 이미 Google에 전송한 정보를 모두 즉시 삭제하는 동작은 아닙니다. Google이 처리하는 정보의 보관·삭제는 해당 서비스 정책과 설정에 따릅니다. 문의·삭제 요청은 support@cold-lupin.com으로 접수하며 보유 여부와 처리 가능한 범위를 확인해 안내합니다.

광고 표시 빈도 — 2026년 10월 21일 갱신
현재 0.2.8(12)의 전면 광고는 퀴즈 결과에서 다음 화면으로 이동하는 동작 3회마다 최대 1회 표시하며 별도의 2분 대기 제한을 두지 않습니다. 광고가 준비되지 않았거나 표시되지 않아도 다음 화면으로 이동합니다. 이는 보상형 광고로 교체한 것이 아닙니다. 이전 설치 버전은 해당 버전의 광고 빈도와 SDK 설정에 따라 동작합니다. 공개 방침 갱신 자체가 설치된 앱의 동작을 바꾸지는 않습니다.

1. Core functions and local information
The app does not require registration or login. Settings, quiz progress and scores are handled on your device and are not stored on a developer-operated account server. Learning materials are included with the app. The app does not ask for names, email addresses, precise location, contacts or photos in its learning functions.
2. Advertising and family protection
A home banner and an interstitial when leaving a quiz result may be displayed. From the current release candidate 0.2.8(12), an interstitial is requested at most once per three eligible actions of leaving a completed quiz result for another screen, without a separate two-minute wait. This is an interstitial, not a conversion to rewarded ads. If no ad is ready or an ad cannot be shown, the next screen remains available. Older installed versions follow their own ad frequency and SDK settings; updating this policy does not change an old installation.
Google AdMob may process and share IP addresses (which can imply an approximate location), app/ad interactions, diagnostic information and limited app/device identifiers to provide and measure ads, prevent fraud and maintain security. Requests use child-directed treatment and a maximum content rating of G, with personalized advertising/remarketing disabled. Android advertising-ID and AdServices advertising permissions are removed, and publisher first-party ID is disabled. UMP under-age treatment is used for all users rather than collecting age or date of birth. Ads are requested only when the privacy request state permits them. This configuration does not mean that all network or identifier processing disappears. Debug builds use Google sample ad units; release builds use production units.
3. Firebase analytics and crash diagnosis
Current Firebase-enabled versions use Google Analytics for Firebase and Crashlytics. These services can process app launches, screens and sessions, installation/app-instance identifiers, app/operating-system/device information, approximate region inferred from IP and crash/error stacks and related diagnostic information. Developer-added Firebase events and error records do not contain individual answers, names, email addresses, precise coordinates or camera images.
Firebase advertising-ID collection and ad-personalization signals are disabled. Firebase installation identifiers and other limited SDK identifiers can still be processed. Firebase Performance Monitoring is not included. Older versions without Firebase do not have this Firebase data flow; an ad-free build can still contain analytics/diagnostics.
4. Permissions and outside processing
Advertising and Firebase versions use internet and network-state access. The app does not request location, camera, microphone, contacts or photo/file access permissions. External source links open your browser and the destination site's policies apply. Google processes advertising and Firebase information, potentially outside your country, using encrypted SDK transport. Retention, deletion and security follow the relevant service policy and actual settings.
5. Retention, controls and requests
Clearing app data or uninstalling deletes local app data; it does not immediately delete information already sent to Google. Advertising-ID controls do not delete Firebase installation identifiers. Contact the address above for access/deletion requests; we check what information can be identified and what handling is supported rather than promising deletion of all provider data. Email addresses and message contents sent to support are used to answer the request and retained only as needed, subject to legal retention obligations.
6. Policy changes
SDK, advertising, permission or data-handling changes will be reflected in this policy and applicable Google Play data-safety disclosures. This policy is hosted on Google Sites; Google can process IP/browser/device information to deliver the page. No separate developer tracking or advertising is added to the policy page.
