I hate starting a new world and spending hours upon hours trying to clear it out. It would be cool if we could get a way to get rid of blocks. I don't mean a feature where you can completely change the world. I just want there to be a fast way to take out blocks. You could be able to choose the amount of blocks you want to delete, like by dimensions (3x5, 25x25, etc).

You might have noticed allowCommands and Hardcore does that hint whats in TU25/26? also generatorNameflat that might allow you to edit the game with certain biomes to your customization.I also changed a couple things and I'm going to see what a regular world is and how you can edit it.

Agreed. Just can't see a way that workin in survival. Unless u create a new item that does nothing but automatic drilling. Not very fast but gives u the option to multi task ( build while you mine) Then that would be cool maybe makes caverns. I also think that laying blocks (3x3) etc. would be a good option for creative. Good for making quick foundations and long roads. Even quick towers. Quick builds. Especially for mountains and terrains (mountains are so boring if your building from a flat world by yourself) Then just put in ur finish up details and we would be set.

Does anyone have access to or knows someone who has access to the WorldEdit addon? I need a flat world, with a hollow glow stone sphere at 0,83,0 the height is what's important X and Z not so much. At that height the bottom cube should just touch the ground at this point. I would do it myself, but my laptop is a county computer and I can't load WE. My desktop is bugged with the new version of 18.something, and the game crashes almost immediately. If any of you have the means and skills to make this, my students and I will be forever grateful.

As you probably already know, when you create a world in Minecraft, that world is stored in the minecraftWorlds folder in your com.Mojang folder. When you create a project in Editor, that file is also a world, so it is also stored in the minecraftWorlds folder but it is invisible to non-Editor Minecraft unless you import it.The Editor project file goes into the projectbackups folder only when you export it.

On modern versions of Minecraft, blocks use namespaced IDs, such as minecraft:grass_block. This system makes it much easier to use modded blocks with WorldEdit, but versions earlier than 1.13 lacked this. Therefore, it takes a little more effort to find the actual ID.

In April 2017, Mojang announced the upcoming creation of the Minecraft Marketplace, where players would be able to sell user-created content for the Windows 10 version of the game (Running on the Minecraft Bedrock codebase).[24] This new digital store would specialize in adventure maps, skins, and texture packs. PC World noted that this addition would move the Windows 10 version "a bit closer to the moddable worlds familiar to classic players" of the original Java Edition.[25]

WorldEdit is an editing tool developed by software group EngineHub that assists the player in building structures and with creating customized terrain. It offers a variety of tools such as brushes and block replacers; and actions such as copying and pasting and filling and selecting geometric shapes. These tools can speed up building time compared to building without the mod as it offers functionality which the game does not have out of the box.[35][36][37] The mod has been featured on the Minecraft website as one of the most popular building tools,[38] been used in United States patents,[39][40][41] and cited in scientific papers.[42][43] It was initially released worldwide on 28 September 2010 as a plugin for the hMod modification, and has since been ported as a Bukkit plugin and as a mod for the Fabric and Forge mod loaders.[44][45][46][47][48]

Removing blocks around the world will not work because the area has to be marked with a wooden ax. If your world has a boder and is limited, then you have to fly diagonally from one corner to the other and mark it. But think that's impossible with and without a map. 0852c4b9a8
