📝 Contract & Specialist Terms

• Cancellation: Should you wish to cancel your package after the trial month, you can do so only after the 6-month minimum contract has been fulfilled.

• Specialist Exclusivity: At the end of the contract, the BOSS Specialist will be matched to a different client due to their non-compete agreement, and you can no longer work with them.

• Specialist Buy-Out Option: Should you wish to retain your Specialist to continue working with you without support from BOSS, a one-time buy-out fee of £450 is required.

One-Time Fee: £450

A done-for-you recruitment service: you get expertly screened VA candidates ready to support your business, and you manage them directly.

• Consultation to define the VA role—skills, tasks, and goals.

• BOSS handles sourcing, interviews, tech readiness checks, and NBI clearance.

• You receive 3 shortlisted candidates to interview and select from.

• The chosen VA signs a 3-month freelance contract directly with you.

• 1-month replacement guarantee if expectations are not met.

• 3 months of support and onboarding guidance from BOSS.

• Non-compete clause protects both client and agency interests.
