Bus seat reservation
The hotel will provide a free bus service from the nearest station, Omi Takashima, to the hotel. Those who will attend from the beginning of the first day will probably take the following trains,
11:23 Omi Takashima arrival or 12:23 Omi Takashima arrival
We will arrange buses from Omi Takashima at 11:30 and 12:30. Please let us know, by February 12, which train you will be taking, so that we can reserve your seats on the bus.

If you are coming at a time other than this, please directly ask the hotel to arrange the free bus by yourself. Regarding the return bus, we will inform you during the workshop.
The workshop is aimed at encouraging interactions and collaborations among young researchers in
Quantum information
Particle physics
Condensed matter physics
Cosmology, General relativity
and providing an opportunity to make friends for interdisciplinary discussions.
Although young students may not have original results, we welcome them to just participate in this event.
We also welcome young reseachers to participate and to give a presentation about their original results.
Not only students/postdocs, but also any researchers including faculties are welcome to participate,
but the priority of presentations will be given to students/Postdocs.

Presentation
Participants are supposed to attend in person and can give a talk for 15+5 or 25+5 (presentations with an asterisk in the program) minutes (oral presentation only). There is a limit on the number of presentation slots, talks are selected by organizers. (Priority will be given to students/Postdocs)
Supports for travel expenses
We plan to support traveling expenses for those who need them. All transportation and lodging expenses (excluding get-together expenses) will be fully subsidized. If the number of applicants exceeds our expectations, we may only be able to offer full support to some applicants. (Priority will be given to ExU students/members.)
