Key features :
Calendar View: Allows accurate time tracking with a unique drag and drop functionality.
Submit & Publish: Submit feature allows users to plan their tasks in advance and block time in the calendar. Whereas Publish solidifies the timesheets and presents the output in a monday.com board.
Reporting: Provides detailed reports in various formats to analyse the time spent on projects and tasks in detail.
TimesheetsPro simplifies time logging resulting in accuracy and visibility in reporting.
For TPRO to work, you'll need to have the following columns set up in your board:
Subitems columns:
1x Sub-item Status
1x Sub-item People
1x Sub-item Number (Published Hrs)
TPRO has one Board View and a Custom Object View.
Once you’ve installed the app:
Click on Add View (Next to Main table)
Search ‘TimesheetsPro’ in the Views Centre
Click on the TimesheetsPro Calendar
Click on Add to board the Views Centre
Once you've added the view click on Setup button to get started.
Once you've added the Calendar View , click on Setup button to configure.
In setup based on columns saved , the task list on Left-hand side will be customised to individual user.
Subitem Owner Column: This ensures that the tasks will be shown to me only if I am assigned in owner Column
Sub-item Status Column: This ensures that tasks that has status of "Done" will be hidden. In column settings , you can specify which colors mean "Done". Please refer to Board setup and Installation video for details.
Sub-item Numbers Column: This column will agggregate hours logged by all users across all time frames to be summed up and presented back in numbers column.
With TimesheetsPro for monday.com you can plan your tasks in advance. To log entries, simply click on the item dropdown (left- hand side) on the calendar view to open all sub-items.
Now drag and drop the sub-item on the calendar on the desired date. This will create an entry In Red, you can increase the time duration to indicate the time spent on the task, once done, click on the Red entry and simply hit Create Button. This will Submit your entry (The color will change to Yellow) and you can still delete it by clicking on it.
Publish allows you to solidify your timesheets and aggregates all the hours across all users and time frames and presents them in a sub-item numbers column.
Publishing also allows you to see the reports so Publish your timehseets to get more visibility on team's workload.
Reporting feature of TimesheetsPro allows you to visualize your team's workload at granular and accurate timeframes.
Add a Custom Object view called TimeheetsPro Reports from the Left panel of your workspace (Similar to how you create a board).
This view initially presents a table mode that can be customized as per preference.
