Download the WorkoutVision App from the App Store.
Sign up using your email or Apple ID.
Complete your profile with your Interests. Select them correctly, as groups will be discovered with the matching interests.
Select the Equipment you have access to. Remember, AI will only give workouts for your selected Equipment.
Connect with Apple Health. Click "Turn On All" and then Allow. This will be used to monitor users' activity level, like Calories and Heart Rate during a workout.
Allow Notification Permission. It will keep you notified about the latest Workouts available and keep you motivated
You’re all set to explore workouts and join communities!
You can go to the Groups tab in the app.
Tap “Create Group.”
Add a Group Name, Description, and select the theme of your liking.
Choose whether the group is Open or Closed.
Tap Create.
Your group is now created, but it will not appear in Discover yet. To make it discoverable, at least 1 session or challenge must be posted in the group.
Open your group.
If you are the admin of the group, A floating button with a Plus Icon will appear at the bottom. Non-Admin cannot post in the groups
Click the Plus floating button at the bottom right corner.
Select Challenge.
Add a Name and a short description. Clearly describe the purpose and motivation of the Post. Choose words wisely, as they will help the community discover your group.
On the next step, select the Duration and Difficulty of the Challenge.
Select a Workout for each day of the challenge.
Clicking on the Day number will select that day.
Either choose exercises or assign a workout that you already have.
For a particular day option, either long-press the day number or press the option icon button when the day is selected.
To repeat or copy the selected day, press the Copy/Repeat option. This will activate Repeatition. Select the destination day(s) by just clicking on the day numbers in the grid.
Optionally adjust the Set and Reps Progression.
Click Apply. The selected Day will be repeated for the selected destination days
To make the selected day a Rest Day, press the Clear Day option.
Swipe down the option menu to dismiss it.
Tap Post Challenge.
Members will get notified so they can react to your post.
Open your group.
Click the Plus floating button at the bottom right corner.
Select Session.
Add the Name of the session.
Select the Date of the session.
Select the Available At and Expire At times.
Add Exercise to your session or simply assign a workout you already have.
Tap Post Challenge.
Members will get notified so they can react to your post.
You can create workouts in two ways — using AI or manually.
Go to the Workouts tab
Tap the Workouts tab at the bottom of the app.
Tap the ➕ Floating Action Button (FAB)
A round “+” button will appear at the bottom right of the screen.
Tap it to start creating a workout.
Choose a Creation Method
You’ll see two options:

✍️ Create Manually
Select Create with AI.
Type your prompt — for example:
“Make a 30-minute full body workout.”
Tap Create.
Wait a few moments while the AI builds your personalized workout.
Once ready, your new workout will automatically load and appear in your list.
Select Create Manual.
Enter your Workout Name.
Choose your Rest Duration (the time you’ll rest between exercises).
Tap Add Exercises to open the exercise dictionary.
Browse or search exercises by muscle group or name.
Tap on an exercise to add it to your workout.
When you’re done, press Create.
Your new workout will appear instantly in your workout list.
Stay consistent by planning your workouts ahead!
Open your desired workout
Go to the Workouts tab and tap on a workout to open its details.
Tap the Schedule Button
The Schedule button is located at the bottom left corner of the workout detail screen.
Set Date and Time
Choose your preferred date and time for the workout.
Confirm Schedule
Tap Schedule to confirm.
The workout will be added to your upcoming workout list or reminder system.
✅ Done! You’ll receive a reminder when it’s time to start your workout.
Manage your profile, equipment, and subscription settings from the Settings tab.
Go to the Settings tab
Tap the ⚙️ Settings icon at the bottom of the app.
Tap on Your Profile Card
Your profile card appears at the top of the Settings page.
Tap it to open your Profile screen.
Enter Edit Mode
On the top-right corner of the screen, tap Edit.
Your profile now switches to edit mode.
Update Your Details
You can change your Name and Bio.
Save Changes
Tap Done to save.
Your new details will appear on your profile immediately.
💡 Tip: Keep your bio short and motivating — it shows up in your fitness groups!
Keep your workout setup accurate so the app can create better routines for you.
Go to the Settings tab.
Tap Equipment.
The Equipment Selection page will open, showing a list of all available equipment (e.g., Dumbbells, Resistance Bands, Yoga Mat, etc.).
Select or deselect equipment based on what you own.
Tap Save to apply the changes.
💡 Tip: Updating your equipment helps AI create workouts tailored to what you have!
Your subscription unlocks premium features, such as advanced AI workouts, personalized plans, and exclusive challenges.
Go to the Settings tab.
Scroll down — you’ll see a Subscription Card below your profile.
Tap View Plans or Subscribe.
Choose your preferred plan and complete the purchase through Apple’s in-app payment.
Once subscribed, the Subscription Card will no longer appear, indicating your premium access is active.
If you ever decide to cancel your subscription, you’ll need to do it through your Apple ID settings. Here’s how:
Open the Settings app on your Device
Tap your name at the top of the screen.
Select Subscriptions.
Find the app in your list of active subscriptions.
Tap Cancel Subscription.
Confirm your cancellation.
🕓 Note: Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
