"Work Hour" app is an application for calculating earnings based on work hours and tracking productivity. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains how we handle your information when you use our app.

1. Data Collection

• We do not collect any personal data from users. All information you enter into the app remains encrypted locally on your device only.

• There are no external servers that receive or store your data. We cannot access your work records, earnings, or any information you enter into the app.

• The app uses third-party advertising services that may collect non-personal data for the purpose of ad personalization.

2. Local Data Storage

All your data is stored locally on your mobile device only, including:

• Work sessions (dates, start and end times)

• Hourly rate and selected currency

• Total earnings and completed hours

• Achievements and statistics

• App settings and preferences

This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly do so through the backup feature.

3. Backup

The app provides an optional backup feature that allows you to:

• Create backups of your database on your device's external storage

• Restore data from any previous backups

Important Note: Backup files remain under your complete control. We cannot access them, and they are not uploaded to any external servers. You are solely responsible for managing and protecting these files.

4. Advertisements

The app contains ads served through Google AdMob. This platform may collect certain data for ad personalization, such as:

• Unique device identifier

• User interests based on browsing activity

• Technical information about the device (type, operating system, language)

5. App Permissions

The app requests the following permissions for specific functions only:

Notifications

• Used to notify the user when a work session is completed or when target hours are reached

• Users can fully control notifications through app settings or system settings

Storage (for older Android versions)

• Used only to store backups in db format on your device

• Used to display and restore saved backups in the settings page

• We do not access your photos, videos, or any other personal files

Background Permission

• Used to continue the timer when the app is minimized or the screen is turned off

• Ensures accurate time and earnings calculation even when the app is not open

6. Notifications

The app uses local notifications (managed entirely on your device) to:

• Inform you when target session hours are completed

• Alert you when reaching the maximum limit (24 hours)

These notifications are created locally on your device and do not require an internet connection (except for displaying ads). You can disable them completely through app settings or system settings.

7. Data Protection

• All your data is protected within your device and no other app can access it without your permission

• The operating system (iOS/Android) provides additional protection layers for apps and data

• We cannot access your data, nor do we share it with any third party (except for non-personal ad data collected by Google according to its policies)

• In case you lose your device or perform a factory reset, you will lose your data unless you have previously created a backup

8. Children's Privacy

• Our app does not target children under the age of 13

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

• We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect any changes in app features or legal requirements

• We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of the page when any changes are made

سياسة الخصوصية لتطبيق "ساعة العمل"

نظرة عامة

تطبيق "ساعة العمل" هو تطبيق لحساب الأرباح بناءً على ساعات العمل وتتبع الإنتاجية. نحن نحترم خصوصيتك ونلتزم بحماية بياناتك الشخصية. توضح هذه السياسة كيفية تعاملنا مع معلوماتك عند استخدامك لتطبيقنا.

١. جمع البيانات

لا نجمع أي بيانات شخصية من المستخدمين. جميع المعلومات التي تدخلها في التطبيق تبقى مشفرة محليًا على جهازك فقط -  

لا توجد خوادم خارجية تستقبل أو تخزن بياناتك. نحن لا نستطيع الوصول إلى سجلات عملك، أرباحك، أو أي معلومات تدخلها في التطبيق -  

التطبيق يستخدم خدمات إعلانات طرف ثالث قد تجمع بيانات غير شخصية لغرض تخصيص الإعلانات -  

٢. التخزين المحلي للبيانات

 جميع بياناتك تُخزن محليًا على جهازك المحمول فقط، وتشمل:

جلسات العمل (التواريخ، أوقات البدء والانتهاء)  -  

الأجر بالساعة والعملة المختارة  -  

إجمالي الأرباح والساعات المنجزة  -  

الإنجازات والإحصائيات  -  

إعدادات التطبيق والتفضيلات  -  

هذه البيانات لا تغادر جهازك أبدًا إلا إذا قمت أنت بذلك بشكل صريح من خلال ميزة النسخ الاحتياطي.    

٣. النسخ الاحتياطي

يوفر التطبيق ميزة اختيارية للنسخ الاحتياطي تتيح لك:

إنشاء نسخ احتياطية من قاعدة البيانات الخاصة بك على وحدة التخزين الخارجية بجهازك  -  

استعادة البيانات من أي نسخ احتياطية سابقة  -  

ملاحظة هامة: ملفات النسخ الاحتياطي تبقى تحت سيطرتك الكاملة. نحن لا نستطيع الوصول إليها، ولا يتم رفعها إلى أي خوادم خارجية. أنت وحدك المسؤول عن إدارة وحماية هذه الملفات.

٤. الإعلانات

يحتوي التطبيق على إعلانات مقدمة من خلال منصة Google AdMob. قد تقوم هذه المنصة بجمع بعض البيانات لتخصيص الإعلانات، مثل:

اهتمامات المستخدم بناءً على نشاط التصفح  -

٥. أذونات التطبيق

يطلب التطبيق الأذونات التالية لوظائف محددة فقط: 

الإشعارات

يُستخدم لإعلام المستخدم عند اكتمال جلسة العمل أو الوصول إلى الساعات المستهدفة  -  

يمكن للمستخدمين التحكم في الإشعارات بالكامل من خلال إعدادات التطبيق أو إعدادات النظام  -  

التخزين (للإصدارات الأقدم من أندرويد)

يُستخدم فقط لتخزين النسخ الاحتياطية بصيغة db في ملفات الجهاز  -  

يُستخدم لعرض واستعادة النسخ الاحتياطية المحفوظة في صفحة الإعدادات  -  

لا نصل إلى صورك، فيديوهاتك، أو أي ملفات شخصية أخرى  -  

الخلفية (Background)

يُستخدم لمواصلة عمل العداد عند تصغير التطبيق أو إغلاق الشاشة  -  

يضمن استمرار حساب الوقت والأرباح بدقة حتى عندما لا يكون التطبيق مفتوحًا  -  

٦. الإشعارات

يستخدم التطبيق الإشعارات المحلية (التي تُدار بالكامل على جهازك) من أجل:

إعلامك عند اكتمال الساعات المستهدفة للجلسة  -  

تنبيهك عند الوصول للحد الأقصى (٢٤ ساعة)  -  

هذه الإشعارات تُنشأ محليًا على جهازك ولا تتطلب اتصالاً بالإنترنت (باستثناء عرض الإعلانات). يمكنك تعطيلها بالكامل من إعدادات التطبيق أو إعدادات النظام.

٧. حماية البيانات

جميع بياناتك محمية داخل جهازك ولا يمكن لأي تطبيق آخر الوصول إليها دون إذنك  -  

نظام التشغيل (iOS/Android) يوفر طبقات حماية إضافية للتطبيقات والبيانات  -  

  - نحن لا نستطيع الوصول إلى بياناتك، ولا نشاركها مع أي طرف ثالث (باستثناء بيانات الإعلانات غير الشخصية التي تجمعها Google وفق سياساتها)

في حال فقدان جهازك أو إعادة ضبط المصنع، ستفقد بياناتك ما لم تكن قد أنشأت نسخة احتياطية مسبقًا  -  

٨. خصوصية الأطفال

لا يستهدف تطبيقنا الأطفال دون سن ١٣ عامًا  -   

٩. التغييرات في سياسة الخصوصية

قد نقوم بتحديث سياسة الخصوصية هذه من وقت لآخر لتعكس أي تغييرات في ميزات التطبيق أو المتطلبات القانونية  -  

سنقوم بتحديث تاريخ "آخر تحديث" في أعلى الصفحة عند إجراء أي تغييرات  -  

ننصحك بمراجعة هذه الصفحة بشكل دوري للاطلاع على أي تحديثات  -
