This Privacy Policy explains how Word Seeker Minimal handles information.

1. Information we collect

Word Seeker Minimal does not require an account and does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, contacts, precise location, photos, camera data, microphone data, or payment information.

The app stores the following information locally on your device

- Current game boards and found words

- Selected difficulty

- Selected language

- Local game progress

- Local review-prompt status and basic usage counters

The app may read your device language to select a default language. This is processed locally.

We do not use advertising, analytics, behavioral tracking, or cross-app tracking.

2. How information is used

Locally stored information is used only to:

- Provide and restore your Word Seeker Minimal game

- Remember your language and difficulty preferences

- Prevent repeated review prompts

- Improve the basic usability of the app

3. Sharing and third parties

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information.

The app may interact with third-party platform services:

- Apple App Store or Google Play may process technical information according to their own privacy policies.

- Expo/EAS update infrastructure may receive technical request information when the app checks for updates.

- If you choose to send feedback, your device’s mail application opens a message addressed to consultancy.jvn@gmail.com. The message is sent only if you choose to send it. Your email provider’s privacy policy then applies.

- If you choose to request an app review, Apple or Google may process the review request according to their own policies.

4. Data retention and deletion

Game data and preferences remain on your device until you delete them, clear the app’s storage, or uninstall the app.

If you send us an email, we may retain that correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond and maintain support records.

Because Word Seeker Minimal does not maintain a user account or central game database, we generally cannot access or delete locally stored game data remotely.

5. Children’s privacy

Word Seeker Minimal is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Security

We use the storage mechanisms provided by the operating system for local app data. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding personal information, including rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing. Since most app data remains only on your device, these rights can usually be exercised by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling the app.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app or its data practices change.
