This Privacy Policy applies to the Wordspell mobile application (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
The App operates with a strict "No Tracking" policy. We do not collect, store, process, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII), device identifiers, or location data to any external servers.
The App works completely offline. All generated data—including your game progress, coin balance, high scores, unlocked medals, and configuration settings—is stored locally on your device's internal storage. We have no access to this data. If you choose to clear the App's data via your device settings or uninstall the App, this local progress will be permanently deleted.
The App provides a premium, interruption-free experience. Therefore, it contains:
Zero Advertisements: We do not use third-party ad networks.
No Analytics: We do not integrate third-party tracking software or analytics SDKs to monitor your behavior.
The App requires only the absolute minimum baseline permissions to function on the Android operating system (such as controlling device vibration for gameplay feedback). It does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, or personal files.
The App is safe for all ages. Because we do not collect any personal information whatsoever, the App naturally complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and other global child privacy regulations.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our app or legal requirements. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
