Every day, or most days, prayer and worship, trust in the LORD. Give thanks to the LORD, for He is good, and His mercies endure forever. In the Mighty Name of Jesus, Amen.
Keep the blood alkaline. This creates a hostile environment for cancer cells; e.g. drink green tea, lemon + water, and apple cider vinegar + water, eat mostly vegetables, beans and other alkaline foods.
Lose weight and fight cancer. I introduced fasting to starve cancer cells; fasting zero carbs + zero sugar: allow less than 20g carbs a day, avoid all sweet fruits, just lemon and lime in water, and avoid high carb vegetables like potatoes, sweet potatoes, and pumpkin. By fasting zero carbs and zero sugar, we are shutting down primary energy system. Then, we eat healthy fats for energy, which will turn on alternate energy system inaccessible to cancer cells with olive oil, coconut oil, avocado, omega3, butter, so that my body burns fat, both dietary fat and body fat. Take 1 tablespoon coconut oil 3x daily (coconut oil also has medicinal properties which fight cancer cells). Take 2 tablespoons olive oil with vegetables and / or beans. While I was on this regime, I felt no hunger pangs, lost 3kgs in 4 weeks, 7kgs in 8 weeks. Later, I stumbled on the Keto diet, which I then incorporated into my daily routine.
Fasting 800 calories per day on low carb Mediterranean diet, which developed into Keto Mediterranean diet.
Every day, intermittent fasting 16/8; fasting 16 hours per day – I was allowed to drink coffee / tea with coconut oil and soy / coconut / almond / oat milk to stretch out fast; allowed to eat 8 hours per day. Don’t stuff myself on food, I only needed to eat to 80% full and then wait 20 minutes.
I was on this regime for 5 months before I started tweaking it. I continued on small variations. After a year, all signs of cancer had gone into remission. My first cancer diagnosis was breast cancer. In the first five months, the oncologist progressively performed 3 surgeries to remove the breast cancer, but I didn't need any radiotherapy. In the space of 3 weeks, I had a second cancer diagnosis. My second diagnosis was for cervical pre-cancer, which tested HPV positive in a cervical screening test. One year later, a retest reported the HPV as negative.
