WordLoom: Vocabulary Notebook (“WordLoom”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles information when you use it.
WordLoom lets you create and organise vocabulary entries, translations, grammar details, example sentences, categories, review progress, handwritten notes, reminders, and preferences.
This content is stored locally on your device. WordLoom does not require an account or sign-in to use its core features.
WordLoom Pro may offer AI Auto-fill to generate translations, grammar information, word forms, and example sentences.
When you choose to use AI Auto-fill, the word or text you submit is sent to our AI-processing service only to generate the requested result. Do not submit sensitive personal information through this feature.
WordLoom Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription through Google Play. Payments are processed by Google Play; we do not receive or store your complete payment-card information.

We do not sell your personal information.
We do not use your vocabulary entries, handwritten notes, or review history for advertising, social feeds, or leaderboards.
Information is shared only when necessary to provide an optional feature you actively request, such as AI Auto-fill, or when required by applicable law.
Your locally stored WordLoom content remains on your device unless you delete it in the app or uninstall the app. Uninstalling the app may remove locally stored data, subject to your device’s backup and restore settings.
If you use AI Auto-fill, submitted text may be processed transiently by the service used to generate your result. We do not use that text to build a personal advertising profile.
WordLoom is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us so we can address the issue.
We use reasonable measures designed to protect information processed through optional online features. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage method is completely secure.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date when changes are made.
