1. Giriş: WordBuild uygulamasına hoş geldiniz. Bu Gizlilik Politikası ve Kullanım Şartları belgesi, uygulamamızı kullanırken bilgilerinizin nasıl işlendiğini ve kullanım kurallarını açıklar. WordBuild'i indirerek veya kullanarak bu şartları kabul etmiş olursunuz.
2. Veri Toplama ve Yerel Depolama: WordBuild, gizliliğinize %100 saygı duyacak şekilde tasarlanmıştır. Kişisel öğrenme verilerinizi, kelime dağarcığınızı veya ilerlemenizi hiçbir harici sunucuda toplamıyor, depolamıyor veya işlemiyoruz. Öğrenilen kelimeler, tekrar listeleri, günlük seriler ve uygulama ayarları dahil olmak üzere tüm verileriniz yalnızca kendi cihazınızda yerel olarak saklanır. Uygulamayı silerseniz veya verilerini temizlerseniz, tüm ilerlemeniz kalıcı olarak silinir. Kaybolan verilerin kurtarılmasından tarafımız sorumlu tutulamaz.
3. Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetler ve Geri Bildirim: Uygulama içindeki "Bize Ulaşın" veya "Geri Bildirim" formunu kullanmayı tercih ederseniz, e-posta adresiniz ve mesajınız, yalnızca size yanıt verebilmemiz amacıyla güvenli bir üçüncü taraf hizmeti (Formspree) aracılığıyla işlenir. E-posta adresiniz asla pazarlama amacıyla kullanılmaz veya başka kurumlarla paylaşılmaz.

4. Yerel Bildirimler: WordBuild, size günlük çalışma hatırlatıcıları ve "seri (streak)" uyarıları göndermek için cihazınızın kendi yerel bildirim sistemini kullanır. Bu bildirimler tamamen telefonunuzun içinde planlanır; hiçbir harici sunucu sizin hangi saatte uygulamaya girdiğinizi takip etmez.
5. Sorumluluk Reddi: Uygulama "OLDUĞU GİBİ" sunulmaktadır. Sağlanan kelime içeriklerinin doğruluğu, kesinliği veya eksiksizliği konusunda hiçbir açık veya zımni garanti vermemekteyiz.
Sonuç Garantisi Yoktur: WordBuild eğitim amaçlı bir araçtır. Bu uygulamanın kullanılması sonucunda belirli bir dil yeterliliği seviyesine ulaşılacağını veya herhangi bir sınavda başarılı olunacağını garanti etmiyoruz.
Veri Kaybı: Tüm veriler cihazınızda yerel olarak saklandığından; cihaz arızası, uygulamanın silinmesi veya yazılım güncellemeleri nedeniyle öğrenme ilerlemesinin veya serilerin kaybolmasından sorumlu değiliz.

Uygulamanın tamamının veya herhangi bir parçasının kopyalanması, çoğaltılması, tersine mühendislik (reverse engineering) yöntemiyle incelenmesi veya kaynak kodlarının/tasarımının izinsiz kullanılarak benzer veya rakip bir uygulama oluşturulması kesinlikle yasaktır. Bu hakların ihlali durumunda, uygulama mağazalarına (Google Play & App Store) telif hakkı ihlali (DMCA) bildirimi yapılacak ve gerekli yasal yollara başvurulacaktır.

1. Introduction: Welcome to the WordBuild application. This Privacy Policy and Terms of Use document explains how your information is processed and the rules of use when using our application. By downloading or using WordBuild, you agree to these terms.
2. Data Collection and Local Storage: WordBuild is designed to respect your privacy 100%. We do not collect, store, or process your personal learning data, vocabulary, or progress on any external servers. All your data, including learned words, review lists, daily streaks, and app settings, is stored locally only on your own device. If you delete the app or clear its data, all your progress will be permanently deleted. We cannot be held responsible for the recovery of lost data.
3. Third-Party Services and Feedback: If you choose to use the "Contact Us" or "Feedback" form within the application, your email address and message will be processed securely via a third-party service (Formspree) solely for the purpose of responding to you. Your email address is never used for marketing purposes or shared with other organizations.

4. Local Notifications: WordBuild uses your device's own local notification system to send you daily study reminders and "streak" warnings. These notifications are scheduled entirely within your phone; no external server tracks what time you log into the application.
5. Disclaimer: The application is provided on an "AS IS" basis. We make no express or implied warranties regarding the accuracy, precision, or completeness of the vocabulary content provided.
No Guarantee of Results: WordBuild is an educational tool. We do not guarantee that the use of this application will result in reaching a specific level of language proficiency or success in any exam.
Data Loss: Since all data is stored locally on your device, we are not responsible for the loss of learning progress or streaks due to device failure, app uninstallation, or software updates.
Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall the WordBuild developer be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the application.
6. Children's Privacy: Because WordBuild operates entirely offline and locally, it does not transmit the personal data of any user (including children) to any servers.
7. Changes to the Policy: We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes made will be published on this page along with the updated "Effective Date".

9.ntellectual Property and Copyright: All rights, title, and interest in the WordBuild app (including its design, user interface, source code, vocabulary databases, categories, and logos) are the exclusive property of the developer and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App, nor use its source code, design, or content to create a derivative or competing product. Any unauthorized use will result in immediate DMCA takedown notices to app stores (Google Play & App Store) and further legal action.
