In my master's degree, I wrote my thesis about the determinant factors of high-tech export. These difficulties that I faced at that time, inspire me to make this website;
(i) The region, in which a country is located, is important to compare a country with the average value of its counterparts in the region.
(ii) Even if it seems that a country has a relatively low value for an indicator, it may be reasonable when it compares with its income level.
(iii) Having the opportunity to observe scatter plots of each variable with different calculation option is essential for only choosing accurate variables but also avoiding multicollinearity within the model.
(iv) All variables may not be included in the model directly. They should be processed before adding them into the model. Such as, human capital is a cumulative variable, that’s why in order to measure its true impact, it might be better to take differences before modelling.
(v) Sometimes clusters, which is made by the models, might increase the reliability of the model, but without seeing the inside of clusters may not give us enough arguments to understand the results of analyses.
(vi) After applying an econometric model, the results tables that we obtained give us a general view, but we may rather also want to have looked at some specific cases to either validate or understand our deployed model.
Therefore, this website has been generated regarding the needs above mentioned. Moreover, instead of the static table, it also provides dynamic environments to analyze variables in the given datasets.
