Application refers to Word Search: Lexical Horizon, the software program provided by the Company.

Device means any device that can access the Application such as a smartphone or a tablet.

Information Collected Automatically (Usage Data)

This is necessary for the core functionality of the app (such as processing purchases), for analytics, and for displaying advertisements.

RevenueCat

Used to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions.

Data Collected: RevenueCat may collect anonymous identifiers, purchase history, and technical device data to validate purchases and manage entitlements and purchases.

Purpose: To ensure your "hints" and other purchases are correctly credited to your device.

Google Ads (AdMob)

Used to display advertisements within the Application.

Data Collected: Google may collect your device's advertising ID and statistics regarding ad interactions and app usage for analytics and advertising purposes. Google may also collect approximate location based on your IP address to serve relevant ads.

Purpose: To provide advertising that supports the free use of the Application.

4. In-App Purchases

All financial transactions are handled by the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. We do not have access to your credit card details or payment information. Purchase records are linked to an anonymous identifier via RevenueCat to maintain your access to purchased content.

5. Data Deletion Requests

Although we do not require user registration, anonymous identifiers related to in-app purchases may be associated with your device. You have the right to request the deletion of such data.

To submit a request:

Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request".

Please attach a screenshot of your latest purchase receipt from Google Play or the App Store. This helps us locate your anonymous identifier in the system.

After receiving your request, we will delete the associated anonymous data from our systems and request deletion from relevant third-party services (such as RevenueCat) within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 30 days.

6. Children's Privacy

The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so that we can take necessary actions.
