1. Introduction
Rosookh (referred to as "the Application", available under package ID com.rosookh.app) is a free educational vocabulary learning application developed by an independent developer. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our Service.
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. We use your Personal Information solely to provide and improve the Service and will never sell or share it with third parties except as described in this policy.
2. Information We Collect
a) Account Information
To provide a personalized experience and protect your progress, the Application allows you to sign in using:
- Email and Password (via Firebase Authentication)
- Google Sign-In
When you authenticate, we collect minimum required information: Name, Email Address, and Profile Picture (for Google Sign-In). We use this solely to create and secure your account and sync your vocabulary progress.
b) App Usage & Analytics Data
To maintain and improve the application:
- Educational Data: Saved words, phrases, quiz results, and spaced-repetition schedules are stored in Google Firebase Cloud Firestore.
- Analytics: We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymized app interaction data (e.g., screens viewed, buttons clicked) to understand user engagement and improve the app layout.
c) Crash Reports and Performance Information
We use Firebase Crashlytics to automatically collect technical diagnostic data (such as crash logs, stack traces, and device state at the time of a crash) to fix bugs and improve stability.
d) Device Identifiers and Advertising (AD_ID)
The Application displays ads provided by Unity Ads. To serve relevant ads and measure ad performance, Unity Ads and our analytics services may collect device identifiers, including:
- Advertising ID (Google Advertising ID / AD_ID)
- Device model, operating system version, and general hardware identifiers.
e) Approximate Location (IP Address)
We do not use GPS or precise location tracking. We determine your general/approximate location using your IP address (via ipapi.co) solely for regulatory compliance, language localization, and restricting ads in unsupported regions.
f) AI Generation Inputs
When using our AI features (powered by DeepSeek API), the text inputs you type (words or phrases) are sent to DeepSeek solely to generate definitions, translations, and learning examples. No personal account details (names, emails, or user IDs) are ever shared with DeepSeek.
3. Device Permissions
The Application requests only necessary device permissions:
- Notifications: Used to send daily vocabulary review reminders (can be disabled in Settings).
- Local Storage / Internal Database: Used to cache vocabulary offline.
- Internet Access & Network State: Required to sync progress to Firebase, fetch AI content, and display ads.
4. Account Deletion and Data Retention
We fully respect your right to control your personal data. You have two permanent options to erase your account and data:
1. In-App Deletion: Navigate to Settings → Delete Account inside the app. This will immediately and permanently erase all your data from our servers.
2. By Email Request: Contact us at googelconcel@gmail.com to request account deletion. Your data will be deleted within 30 days.
Upon deletion, your profile info, saved words, categories, quiz history, and cloud-synced data will be permanently removed.

6. Security
We use industry-standard protocols and encrypted HTTPS connections to protect your data. However, please note that no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
7. Children's Privacy
This Service is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
