How do I use hints?
Tap the hint icon in the bottom right corner of any puzzle screen. Hints cost tokens. You can earn tokens by completing levels or purchase them in the shop.
I lost my progress. Can I recover it?
Progress is saved locally on your device. If you deleted and reinstalled the app, progress cannot be recovered at this time.
How do I restore my purchases?
Go to Settings → Restore Purchases inside the app to restore any previous purchases tied to your Apple ID.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Open the Settings app on your iPhone → Apple ID → Subscriptions → find Word Vault and tap Cancel.
The app is crashing. What should I do?
Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, delete and reinstall it, then contact us at the email below.
