If you have a child who attends Woodbrook Elementary School, you are already a member of the PTO (Parent Teacher Organization)! All Woodbrook teachers and staff are PTO members, too. There are no membership dues or forms to join. We invite you to join us any time!
Bingo
Wednesday, March 5
5:30pm-7:00pm
Join us for a fun family night of Bingo at Woodbrook! Stop by the Book Fair from 5:00–6:00 PM to browse and shop before the games begin. Bingo will run from 5:30–7:00 PM and promises plenty of excitement, prizes, and fun for all ages.
You can purchase a bingo card along with pizza, chips, and juice for just $5 and enjoy dinner while you play!
All funds raised support our Woodbrook teachers and students through the PTO general fund.
We hope to see lots of Woodybears for a night full of Bingo fun!
Book Fair
March 2nd - 6th during school hours

Woodbrook families, get excited! Our Scholastic Book Fair is coming soon, and it’s always a favorite for our students. This special event gives kids the chance to explore new books, create wish lists, and discover stories that spark imagination and a lifelong love of reading.
Led by our wonderful librarian, Mrs. Grupe, the Book Fair creates a fun and welcoming space for students to browse a wide selection of books they’ll be excited to take home.

Texas Roadhouse Spirit night

Join us at Texas Roadhouse in Charlottesville for a delicious way to support Woodbrook Elementary PTO!
How it works:
Present the event flyer at the Charlottesville location
Texas Roadhouse will donate 10% of your total bill to Woodbrook PTO

The school year is flying by, and our yearbook team has been hard at work capturing all the special moments including classroom fun, field trips, performances, and so much more.
Yearbooks are a wonderful keepsake for students to look back on their memories and friendships for years to come. Be sure to order yours before the deadline.
Chipotle Spirit night
April 22 | 4:00–8:00 PM
Join us at the Hollymead Town Center Chipotle for a fun Spirit Night supporting Woodbrook PTO!
How it works:
Dine-in, mobile orders (ordered through the chipotle app using the code BP3ZEAG). Don't forget to show your flyer or mention Woodbrook prior to paying.
Chipotle will donate 25% of your total bill to Woodbrook PTO
