Women’s Diary is designed around a local-first data storage approach.
Personal diary entries and wellness records are intended to be stored locally on your device using the App’s local database.
Where supported by the implemented version, local data may be protected using database encryption and secure device storage.
Certain optional services, such as account authentication, subscription management, advertising, and app configuration, may process limited information through third-party providers.
The exact storage and security protections depend on the features implemented in the version you use. We do not promise that every type of information is encrypted unless the relevant protection is implemented and verified.

The free version may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob.
AdMob and its associated partners may process information such as advertising identifiers, device information, approximate location derived from IP address, diagnostics, and advertising interaction data, subject to the applicable configuration, consent requirements, and Google policies.
We do not intend to provide private diary entries or detailed wellness records to AdMob for advertising.
If you choose to sign in, the relevant authentication provider may process information necessary to authenticate you.
The information available to the App depends on the provider and the permissions you grant.
Certain Firebase services may be used for authentication, application configuration, content delivery, or other supporting functions.
The information processed depends on the services enabled in the version you use.
Subscription purchases may be managed through Apple’s App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat.
These services may process purchase identifiers, subscription status, product information, and technical information required to validate and manage subscriptions.
We do not intentionally include private diary entries or detailed wellness records in subscription metadata.

Notification content may appear on your device’s lock screen depending on your device settings.
You can manage notification permissions through your device settings and adjust or delete reminders within the App where supported.
If remote push notifications are introduced, their implementation and data handling will be governed by the applicable privacy disclosures.
We do not sell your personal information.

Information stored locally generally remains on your device until you delete it, clear the relevant application data, uninstall the App, or use an available deletion feature.
Uninstalling the App may remove locally stored information. Recovery may not be possible unless you have created a supported backup or export.
If you create an account, account-related information may also be retained by authentication or subscription providers according to their respective policies and retention practices.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. You must manage subscription cancellation through the store where you purchased it.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or information about the processing of your personal data.
