Wolfie (WLF) is a community-driven ERC-20 token on Ethereum with a fixed supply of 10,000,000,000 WLF. Wolfie is not just a token; it’s a movement aiming to channel community power into real-world good (wildlife & companion-animal causes), while exploring store-of-value dynamics through scarcity, disciplined liquidity, and transparent token economics.

• Price Target: $0.0002 / WLF (indicative; ETH/WLF exchange rate set at presale start based on market ETH/USD)

• Target Raise (Hard Cap): $300,000 (1.5B × $0.0002)

• Soft Cap: $150,000 (50% of hard cap)

•  Min/Max Contribution (per wallet): 0.03 ETH min / 5 ETH max (final values published with presale link)

•  Unsold Tokens: Burned to the Ethereum burn address (0x000000000000000000000000000000000000dEaD).

•  Geography/Compliance: Participants must comply with their local laws. Certain jurisdictions may be restricted.

Rate setting: Because ETH/USD moves, the presale contract will publish a fixed tokens-per-ETH rate at go-live that is calibrated to $0.0002/WLF. That rate will not change mid-presale.

Use of Proceeds

• 50% of ETH raised → DEX Liquidity at listing (paired with WLF) and locked for 6 months via a third-party locker (proof link published).

• 50% of ETH raised → Treasury: operations, security audits, listings, development, marketing, partnerships & conservation impact.

Initial Liquidity Strategy (Protect Presale Price)

• To avoid undercutting presale buyers, we will seed the initial LP at (or above) the presale price. Example if hard cap is met:

• ETH to LP: $150,000 worth

•  WLF to LP: 750,000,000 WLF ($150k / $0.0002 )

•  LP Lock: 6 months minimum, extendable

Remaining liquidity tokens originally earmarked for long-term depth will be staged (held in a time-locked treasury and added gradually) to preserve price integrity.

Token Allocation (Post-Presale Targets)

• Liquidity & Market Making (staged): up to 5,000,000,000 WLF over time (with initial LP ~750M WLF as above; remainder time-locked/vested for controlled adds)

•  Founder Reserve: 2,500,000,000 WLF (subject to lock/vesting policy to be published)

Vesting & Locks

• LP tokens: Locked for 6 months (proof link at TGE).

• Founder Reserve: Linear vesting (e.g., 12–24 months with cliff)—final schedule published before listing.

• Charity/Partnership Allocations: Subject to bespoke vesting/milestone unlocks to align long-term.

Assurances & Anti-Rug

•  Liquidity Lock: Third-party lock, 6 months minimum.

•  No Minting: Fixed supply.

•  Renounce/Multisig: Admin roles are either renounced or transferred to a multi-sig (3–5 signers) before listing; details are disclosed publicly.

•  Audits: Smart contracts used for presale/vesting published and submitted for third-party review.

•  Unsold Burn: Any unsold presale WLF is irreversibly burned.
