About The Workshop

The Department of Bioengineering and Biotechnology, BIT Mesra, Ranchi, presents the Workshop on Computational Oncology (WoCOn-2026): Bridging Experimental and Computational Cancer Research a two-day interdisciplinary event dedicated to advancing cancer research through the integration of biophysics, bioinformatics, metagenomics, system and mathematical biology and experimental approaches.

The workshop will feature experts talk, panel discussions, and poster presentations spanning diverse areas of computational, experimental, and clinical oncology, including cancer biology, drug discovery, artificial intelligence in oncology, and precision medicine. WoCOn-2026 will provide a vibrant platform for researchers, students, clinicians, and industry professionals to exchange ideas, foster collaborations, and explore the latest innovations driving the future of cancer research and personalized healthcare.
