By using World of Colors: AI Edition (hereinafter, "the App"), you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. This policy explains how we handle information when you use our application.
The App has been designed with your privacy in mind. We do not require user registration, we do not request email addresses, nor do we directly collect personal data (such as your name, address, phone number, etc.).
All your game progress, such as completed puzzles, chosen settings, and earned coins, is saved strictly locally on your own device. We do not have access to this information, nor do we store it on any external servers.
Although the App does not directly collect personal data, we use third-party services that may collect information for the operation of certain features and for monetization. These services have their own privacy policies:
Google AdMob (Advertising): We use Google AdMob to display ads within the App and keep it free. AdMob may collect and use data, including your device's advertising identifier (Advertising ID), cookies, and usage data, to offer you personalized or non-personalized ads based on your interests and general location. The App includes a feature called "Chroma Creator," which allows you to generate unique puzzles using Artificial Intelligence via an external API (Pollinations.ai / Flux). When you use this feature, the text (prompt) you enter is sent to this external API to process and return the generated image.
Active Content Filtering: To ensure a safe environment for all users and strictly comply with Google Play Developer Program Policies, the AI mode includes active content filtering. This system is designed to automatically block and prevent the generation of abusive material, Not Safe For Work (NSFW) imagery, and all other types of banned content.
Reporting Inappropriate Content: In the rare event that an inappropriate image bypasses our active filters, users have the ability to report the content. Once an image is reported, it is automatically blocked and hidden from the App. Data is only collected and sent to us if a user actively submits a report. To effectively address the issue and improve our filters, a submitted report will exclusively include the following information:
The text prompt used
The generated image result
The date and time of generation
The user-selected category of the report
Important Privacy Warning: You must never include personal, sensitive, or confidential information (such as real names, addresses, phone numbers, or financial details) in the text prompts you submit to the AI generator. Aside from explicit user reports, generated images are processed in real-time, and the App does not associate these prompts or images with your identity.
This App is directed at a general audience. Because we do not collect personal data directly, we do not intentionally collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have accidentally collected information from a minor, please contact us so we can investigate and, if necessary, delete any trace from our third-party services.
We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and if the changes are significant, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically.
