A Focus on Healthy Living

Our new philosophy of “a back to the basics” approach to health starts in our local community; we hope it speaks to you.
In the last 20 years, there has been an undeniably dramatic rise in obesity. Obesity is related to many health conditions, including heart disease, stroke, and Type 2 diabetes. Medical costs related to these conditions are also rising. The Center for Disease Control (CDC) estimates that more than one-third (1/3) of US adults are now obese. Physical inactivity is directly related to obesity.
