Welcome to the Mackenzie Model UN website!

The concept of Model UN is to bring students together to engage in conversation and debate with their peers. It is
an exercise in teamwork, quick-thinking, public speaking and leadership. Mackenzie Model UN delivers that
experience to members both during regular meetings and by participating in international competitions!

Through Model UN, you will be given the opportunity to simulate various United Nations organizations and
collaborate with fellow delegations across the globe to develop innovative and efficient resolutions to current
affairs. From combating the spread of a lethal virus as part of the World Health Organization to brainstorming ways
of improving women's rights in developing countries as part of the Commission on the Status of Women, Model
UN will give you the chance to exercise and improve your skills in an exciting and fast-paced environment.
