Adi and Mehdi presented posters in Gateway NMR Conference 2020. The titles were ssPINE: a Probabilistic Algorithm for Automated Chemical Shift Assignment of Solid-State NMR Data and Integrative Structural Biology by PONDEROSA-C/S using NMR and Cryo-EM data.
Our group has partnered with the COVID19-NMR project (https://covid19-nmr.de/). We will assist Covid-19 NMR partners with our software tools and also we will work on miRNA/Nsp with Dr. Je-Hyun Yoon's laboratory from the Medical University of South Carolina.
