This is a work in progress, but is quick and dirty directions for creating a Zoom account and using it for unlimited 1-on-1 meetings or 45 minute group meetings.

Step 1:

Go to www.zoom.com and click Sign Up.

Step 2:

Enter your email address

Step 3:

Check your email for the activation link and click on it.

Step 4:

Create a Password

Step 5:

Skip the Invite Colleagues step (unless you want to share it)

Step 6:

That Personal URL is permanent. Copy it and share it with others to join your meeting.

Step 5:

Depending on your browser you may need to open or install the zoom player when you first join the meeting.

Step 6:

You can either call in or use your computer Audio

(this choice doesn't not dictate what the other attendee has to choose).

Step 7:

This is the window that opens when you are in a meeting. Note your URL is there again to share or you can invite others.
