José Elias Ramirez, born on April 30, 1970 in the city of Sanjuan de la Maguana in the south of the Dominican Republic. He started training martial arts in 1977 by Kung Fu white snake. After moving the family to the capital and he started karate Shorinji Ryu karate-do with green belt. In 1985, he became part of the Shotokan karate-do led by Shihan Omar Abreu managed to get his black ribbon examined by Sensei Elvis Polanco and Sensei Vitamin 1989-90. In 1992, he entered the Kyokushinkai with sensei Miguel Reyes Adames being several times selected as the only one who competed in a team with his teacher at the time, managing to be his right hand in the Dominican Republic.  Then in 1995, they were invited to a karate exchange and that was when he started Saizen Goju Ryu karate-do directed by Hanshi Humphrey Gomez and Hanshi Jose Luis Zequeira from that date remained in that organisation that occupies the following, Official Representative in my country , Secretary General of the organisation and Vice-President with the rank of 7th dan. All his grades were with the same organisation. In 2015, he started the Shinseikai project "new birth" with many analyses, research and guidance from teachers who know his career  and he  formally decided to start his own style.

In 2018, he incorporated it under the name Shinseikai Goju Ryu Karate International organisation, having 15 affiliated countries with more than 2,500 members and all WKMF teachers who gave the opportunity to work in common for karate Soke for being a creator of my style. His degree has been endorsed by PKC, IAKU, LDKA, International Federation of Personal Defense and his own organisation.  Jose Elias is living in the United Stated for 25 years and have his Dojo in Rhode Island for 19 years in Club Juan Pablo Duarte 100 Niagara st.
