This Privacy Policy applies to the Wisp Halo Android application (the "App"), developed by Conscious Living ("we," "us," or "our"). We built Wisp Halo with a strict, privacy-first philosophy. The App is designed to function entirely offline.

2. Data Collection and Zero Tracking

Wisp Halo does not independently collect, transmit, store, or share any personal data, sensitive user information, or device telemetry.

• We do not use third-party analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Crashlytics).

• We do not serve advertisements.

• The App does not require or request Internet permissions from your operating system. All communication occurs locally between your device and your paired Bluetooth hardware.

3. Device Permissions and Bluetooth

To function as a hardware companion, the App requires Bluetooth permissions.

• Bluetooth Scan & Connect: Used strictly to locate and transmit commands to your local heating device.

4. Third-Party Services and In-App Purchases

While the App itself operates completely offline, it is distributed via the Google Play Store, which may optionally process In-App Purchases (IAP) to unlock premium features.

• If you choose to make a purchase, the transaction is handled entirely securely by Google Play's Billing Library.

• We do not have access to your credit card information, billing address, or underlying Google account details.

• Data processed by Google during a transaction is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

5. Data Retention and Account Deletion

Because Wisp Halo does not collect or transmit user data, there is no user data stored on any external servers.

• We do not require you to create an account.

• Because no data is collected or stored remotely, there is no data to delete. If you wish to remove all local App settings (such as saved temperature curves), you can simply clear the App's data in your Android system settings or uninstall the App.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is a utility designed to control adult-oriented hardware. It is not intended for, nor do we knowingly target, anyone under the age of 18 (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally to reflect changes in platform requirements or app features. Because the App does not collect contact information, we cannot notify you directly. Any changes will be updated on this page with a revised "Effective Date."
