Privacy Policy for WishWell

1. Introduction
WishWell ("the App") is a private, minimalist bucket list and goal tracker. Your privacy is our highest priority. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding your data when you use our mobile application.
2. The "Private by Design" Promise
WishWell is built as an offline-first application. Unlike most apps, WishWell does not use cloud synchronization, external databases, or user accounts.
3. Information Collection and Use

No Personal Data Collection: We do not require you to create an account, provide an email address, or share any personal identity information. We do not know who you are.

Local Storage Only: Every piece of data you enter—including your goals, travel plans, notes, and wishlists—is stored exclusively on your physical device. This data is never transmitted to our servers or any third parties.

Images and Media: If you attach images to your vault entries, those files remain in the App's private local storage on your device.
•
Links: If you save a URL (source link) for an item, that link is stored locally. The App may fetch metadata (like a page title) to display it to you, but your browsing history is never tracked or stored by us.
4. Third-Party Services
WishWell does not contain any:
•
Third-party advertising SDKs.
•
Analytics or tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics).
•
Social media integration that shares your data.
5. Data Security
Since your data lives only on your phone, its security depends on your device's security. We recommend using a passcode, fingerprint, or face lock on your device to ensure that your private vault remains secure.
6. Data Portability and Deletion

Self-Custody: You are the sole owner of your data. You can delete individual items or clear all data at any time.
•
Permanent Deletion: Uninstalling the App will permanently delete all data stored within it from your device.
•
Manual Backups: If you use the "Export" feature to save a backup, a file is created on your device. You are responsible for the safety and destination of that file once it is exported.
7. Children’s Privacy
Because we do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information, WishWell is safe for users of all ages and does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy if new offline features are added. Any updates will be available within the App's settings.
