History: Second in Command of 7874 Laverna's girl gang, Celia is a proud mare with attitude to match. She doesn't believe in killing in order to steal, rather, she seeks out older stallions, who she lovingly calls her "Sugar Sires," and pays them regular visits, often returning to Camp adorned in jewelry. She sees no point in wasting a life when she can visit her regulars whenever she feels the need. It's much easier and less dangerous than Laverna's tactics, although the palomino mare disagrees. In this band of thieves, the bigger your hoard, the higher your rank, and while Celia's collection of jewels and other shiny trinkets seems to be out growing Laverna's, the dark mare would prefer to remain in her current position. She's not ready to lead, and she knows that if she did try to take over, Laverna would probably kill her. To prevent the gang from overthrowing their leader and putting Celia in her place, Celia 'sells' her collection to Laverna in return for favours- her favourite being an invitation to join Laverna when she brings a stallion home. She also enjoys nights with the brighter mare alone, which Laverna doesn't mind at all.

Celia set up this "selling" operation to help Laverna get over her commitment issues. Laverna doesn't understand that time doesn't need to be stolen or bought. If she is "buying" trinkets for her hoard, she feels more comfortable with spending time with Celia. She is affectionate towards Celia only behind closed doors, and although they do have a sort of relationship, leadership is currently more important to Laverna.

Quirks: Always keeps her horns adorned in jewelry, but never symmetrical.
