We take your privacy extremely seriously and are committed to building a fully decentralized, serverless mindful tool. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

1. 核心隱私原則 / Core Privacy Principle

我們沒有專屬伺服器，也不會收集您的個人資料。 本應用程式的核心功能（包含數位結界與 AI 解惑）完全依賴您私人的雲端空間進行端到端加密通訊。我們（開發者）無法看到、收集、儲存或分享您的任何指令與解惑內容。 We have no proprietary servers and do not collect your personal data. The core features of the App (including Digital Retreat and AI Clarification) rely entirely on your private cloud storage for end-to-end encrypted communication. We (the developers) cannot see, collect, store, or share any of your commands or insights.

2. Google 登入與 Google Drive API 的使用 / Use of Google Sign-In and Google Drive API

為了實現跨裝置的「數位結界」功能，本應用程式需要您透過 Google 帳號登入，並請求存取您個人 Google Drive 的特定權限。

• 資料儲存：您的指令將被加密並儲存為 .json 檔案，僅存放於您個人的 Google Drive 中。

• 資料不落地：這些資料絕對不會經過我們的伺服器，我們也沒有權限讀取您的其他私人檔案。 To enable the cross-device "Digital Retreat" feature, the App requires you to sign in with your Google account and requests specific access to your personal Google Drive.

• Data Storage: Your commands are encrypted and stored as .json files strictly within your own Google Drive.

• No Third-Party Transmission: This data never passes through our servers, and we have no access to your other private files.

3. 訂閱與付款 / Subscriptions and Payments

本應用程式透過 Apple App Store 處理應用程式內購買（In-App Purchases），並使用第三方服務 RevenueCat 來管理訂閱狀態。這些服務商可能會收集基本的匿名購買收據以維持服務運作，但不會與您的加密正念資料產生任何連結。 The App processes In-App Purchases through the Apple App Store and uses a third-party service, RevenueCat, to manage subscription statuses. These providers may collect basic, anonymous purchase receipts to maintain the service, but this is never linked to your encrypted mindful data.

4. 資料保留與刪除 / Data Retention and Deletion

因為我們沒有您的資料，所以我們無從刪除。您可以隨時在自己的 Google Drive 中刪除應用程式產生的檔案，或從您的 Google 帳號設定中撤銷 Wisdom Zen 的存取權限。 Because we do not hold your data, we have nothing to delete on our end. You can delete the files generated by the App in your own Google Drive at any time, or revoke Wisdom Zen's access from your Google Account settings.
