After modifying the terms of the agreement, if the user does not accept the revised terms, please stop using the service provided by the smart phrase immediately, and the user continues to use the service provided by the smart phrase as the acceptance of the modified agreement.

First, account registration

1. Users need to register a “Smart Phrase” account before using this service. The "Wisdom Phrase" account should be registered using the mobile phone number binding. Please use the mobile phone number that has not been bound to the "Smart Phrase" account, and the mobile phone number that is not blocked by the smart phrase according to this agreement to register the "Smart Phrase" account. Wisdom phrases can be changed according to user needs or product needs, without prior notice to the user.

2. The “Smart Phrases” series of application products, ownership is a smart phrase. The user should authorize the smart phrase to be publicized and use his or her personal information to successfully register the "smart phrase" account. Therefore, when the user completes the registration, the user agrees to the wisdom phrase to extract, disclose and use the user's information.

3. In view of the binding registration method of the “Smart Phrase” account, you agree that the smart phrase will allow your mobile phone number and mobile device ID to be used for registration when registering.

4. When a user registers and uses the service, the smart phrase needs to collect personal information and device information that can identify the user so that the smart phrase can contact the user when necessary, or provide a better experience for the user, information collected by the smart phrase. This includes, but is not limited to, user name, address, device or software information; the use of such information by a smart phrase is subject to the constraints of the third user's personal privacy information protection.

5. If the user does not log in to the smart phrase for long-term (30 days) after registration, the smart phrase has the right to unilaterally clear the balance in the user account and initialize the account.

Second, the user's personal privacy information protection

1. If the smart phrase is found or received by someone else to report or complain to the user in violation of this agreement, the smart phrase has the right to review and delete the relevant content, including but not limited to user data and posting records, without notice, and depending on the circumstances. The offending account is subject to penalties including but not limited to warnings, account bans, device bans, and functional bans, and the user is notified to process the results.

2. Users who have been banned for violating user agreements can contact their own smart phrases. Among them, the user who is blocked by the function will automatically resume the banned function after the expiration of the ban period. The banned user can submit an appeal, and the smart phrase will review the appeal and make a reasonable judgment on whether to decide whether to change the penalty.

3. The User understands and agrees that the Smart Phrase has the right to impose penalties on violations of relevant laws and regulations or this Agreement in accordance with reasonable judgment, take appropriate legal action against any user who violates the law, and report relevant information to relevant departments in accordance with laws and regulations. Etc., the user shall bear all legal liabilities arising therefrom.

4. The User understands and agrees that any claims, claims or losses claimed by or against any third party arising out of or in connection with the User's breach of this Agreement, including reasonable attorneys' fees, shall be compensated by the User for the Smart Phrases and the Cooperative Company, the Affiliated Company, and Protected from damage.

Third, the user publishes content specifications

2. Users may not use the “Wisdom Phrase” account or the Service to disseminate content prohibited by the following laws, regulations and policies:

(3) damaging national honors and interests;

(4) Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermining national unity;

(6) Spreading rumors, disrupting social order and undermining social stability;

(7) spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or abetment;

(8) insulting or slandering others and infringing upon the lawful rights and interests of others;

(9) Information containing other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.

3. Users may not use the “Wisdom Phrase” account or local service to disseminate the following content that interferes with the normal operation of “smart phrases” or infringes the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties:

(1) contains any sexual or suggestive;

(2) containing insults, intimidation, threats;

(3) Containing harassment, junk advertisements, malicious information, and scam information;

(4) involving the privacy, personal information or information of others;

(5) Infringement of the rights of legitimate rights, such as the right to reputation, portrait rights, intellectual property rights, trade secrets, etc.;

(6) Contains other information that interferes with the normal operation of the Service and infringes the content of other users or third parties' legitimate rights and interests.

Fourth, the policy of intellectual property rights

Five, the use of rules

2. Users may not use the “Wisdom Phrase” account or the Service to perform the following actions:

(1) Submitting or publishing false information, or stealing other people's avatars or materials, impersonating and using the name of others;

(2) Forcing, inducing other users to pay attention, clicking on the link page or sharing information;

(3) Fictional facts, concealing the truth to mislead and deceive others;

(4) Using a technical means to establish a false account in batches;

(5) Engage in any illegal or criminal activities by using the “Wisdom Phrase” account or the Service;

(6) Produce or publish methods or tools related to the above acts, or operate or disseminate such methods or tools, whether or not they are for commercial purposes;

(7) Other acts that violate laws and regulations, infringe the legitimate rights and interests of other users, interfere with the normal operation of “smart phrases” or express authorization from smart phrases.

3. The user shall be solely responsible for the authenticity, legality, harmlessness, accuracy, validity, etc. of the information transmitted by the “smart phrase” account or the service, and any legal liability related to the information transmitted by the user shall be borne by the user. , has nothing to do with smart phrases. If damage is caused to a smart phrase or third party, the user shall compensate according to law.

4. The services provided by the smart phrases may include advertisements, and the user agrees to display smart phrases and advertisements provided by third-party suppliers and partners during use. Sixth, other

1. Wisdom phrases solemnly remind users to pay attention to the terms of this agreement exempting smart phrase responsibility and restricting user rights. Please read carefully and consider risk independently. Minors should read this agreement accompanied by a legal guardian.

2. Since the user violates this agreement to create a smart phrase, including causing the smart phrase to take responsibility for any third party, the smart phrase has the right to recover the full amount from the user after taking the responsibility, and the reasonable expenses incurred include, but are not limited to, Attorney fees, notary fees, appraisal fees, travel expenses, legal fees, etc. are also borne by the user.

3. The validity, interpretation and resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If there is any dispute or dispute between the user and the smart phrase, it should be settled through friendly negotiation.
