Q: It went to someone’s voicemail. How do I record the response?

A: Click the “This is an answering machine” button and move on to the next call

Q: I talked to someone’s spouse. What should I do?

A: Mark it as “Not Home” and move on to the next call

Q: Why isn’t the dialer connecting calls?
