Wisconsin Junior Poultry Association
The Wisconsin Junior Poultry Association (WJPA) was organized in 1996 as a part of the National APA-ABA Youth Program (now known as the Youth Exhibition Poultry Association. The group has over 100 active members and meets at poultry shows throughout Wisconsin.
WJPA members enjoy opportunities in leadership, service, achievement, creativity and sociability. Popular activities include Poultry Showmanship, Avian Quiz Bowl, High Point Exhibitor and Community Service Awards, Photo, Poster, and Writing Contests, field trips, picnics and working on national achievement levels.
