Welcome to the official website of FTC Team #14864 - the Wilmington Wirecats! Founded in 2018 through a generous grant from the Cummings Foundation, we've turned into a thriving community of students who focus on innovation, teamwork, and community impact. 

FIRST®, or For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology, is a global nonprofit youth program that aims to bring robotics and STEM learning to children of all ages. They operate three different competitions, and our team participates in the FIRST Tech Challenge.

Over our multiple years as an FTC Team, we've attended 11+ competitive events and have went to the Massachusetts State Championship twice! We put a large focus on connecting with the community, growing as a team, and most importantly embodying the values that FIRST stands for - Gracious Professionalism!
