Images you upload
This content is necessary to deliver AI-powered analysis, which is the core functionality of Wipick.
Application Settings

These settings are linked to your account to provide a consistent experience across devices.
AI Cache Data
To improve performance, reduce latency, and optimize costs, we store cached AI responses. This cache may include:
Your prompt text
The AI-generated response

This data is associated with your user account and used only to improve service efficiency.
Feedback and Reports
If you submit feedback or report AI-generated content, we may collect:
Your user ID
The original prompt
The AI-generated response
The AI model used
Your written feedback and selected issue categories
A timestamp and related item ID
This information is stored in Firebase Realtime Database and used for moderation, quality improvement, and compliance with Google Play policies.
Usage Information (Local Only)
To manage feature access and usage limits, we may store a local count of how many analyses or comparisons you perform.
This data:
Is stored only on your device
Is not transmitted to our servers
Is not linked to your cloud account
We use the collected information to:
Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
Sync your history, images, and settings across devices

To provide AI-powered features, Wipick uses a secure backend architecture:
AI requests are routed through a Cloudflare Worker operated by us
API keys are never stored in or accessible from the mobile app
Requests are securely forwarded to the following AI providers:
OpenRouter (routes requests to multiple Large Language Models)
Cloudflare Workers AI (provides additional AI models)
Groq (provides high-performance inference for supported AI models)
Google AI services (provides access to models such as Gemini)
Only the content required to generate AI responses (such as prompt text and images) is sent for processing.
We do not send personal account identifiers (such as your email or name) with AI requests.

If you enable the “Search the Web” feature, we send search queries derived from your input to external search services (such as Google Search APIs) to retrieve up-to-date information. This data is used only to enhance AI responses.
We take data security seriously and apply industry-standard protections, including:

Encrypted connections (HTTPS)
Firebase security rules
Cloudflare’s security and isolation mechanisms
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are in control of your data:
You may delete individual history items within the app
You may clear your entire history from the Settings screen
Feedback and reports may be retained for moderation, legal, or compliance purposes

Wipick is not intended for children under the age of 13.
